Coordinators: what do the good CRAs do differently?

From the site side, the difference between a good monitor and a bad one swings a coordinator's week more than almost anything else. The candidates we hear repeatedly: confirming agendas early, batching questions, closing your own queries, reading the last visit's findings before rediscovering them. What belongs on the list?
