Terms of use
Who may participate
You must be at least 18 and may only claim a work email you control. Verification establishes access to the community; it is not an endorsement of any statement, credential, employer, or identity.
Your contributions
You retain ownership of what you submit and grant Open Label a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display it for operating and promoting the service. You are responsible for having the right to publish it and for following the community guidelines.
Confidential and regulated information
Never publish patient information, protected health information, personal data, blinded results, study identifiers, passwords, proprietary documents, or non-public sponsor, site, or employer information. An anonymous account does not make an unlawful or contractual disclosure permissible.
Moderation
We may remove content, limit access, preserve evidence of abuse, or cooperate with valid legal requests. Reports are reviewed using the published guidelines, but we cannot guarantee immediate review or continued availability of any contribution.
Information, not professional advice
Posts and salary benchmarks are contributed or compiled information, not medical, legal, employment, tax, or financial advice. Data can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Verify important decisions independently.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Open Label is not liable for indirect, consequential, or reliance damages arising from use of the service or member content.
