Open Label

Community standard

Useful candor without collateral damage.

Open Label exists for honest worker-side knowledge. Anonymity protects the speaker; it does not lower the standard for the speech.

01

Protect patients and studies

No patient information, PHI, study identifiers, blinded results, protocol screenshots, or details that could identify a participant, site, sponsor, or confidential project.

02

Describe patterns, not targets

Discuss workplace practices and documented events. Do not dox colleagues, speculate about private individuals, coordinate harassment, or invite a pile-on.

03

Be honest about what you know

Separate firsthand experience, informed inference, and rumor. Do not fabricate credentials, salary entries, allegations, sources, or employer experiences.

04

No discrimination or abuse

Harassment, threats, hateful content, sexual exploitation, and attacks based on protected characteristics are removed.

05

No spam or manipulation

No recruiting spam, undisclosed promotion, repetitive posts, automated submissions, vote manipulation, credential sharing, or attempts to evade safeguards.

06

Report quietly

Use the report control on a post or reply. Reports are private. Do not repost harmful material to call attention to it.
